Valet Trash Removal Service Contract

 

This agreement is entered into on [Date] between Bring Me Some, hereinafter referred to as the "Company," and [Customer Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Customer."

 

Services Provided:

Bring Me Some agrees to provide valet trash removal services to the Customer at the following address: [Customer Address]. Services will include the collection of trash from the designated pickup location on scheduled pickup days.

 

Service Schedule:

Trash pickup will occur on [Days of the Week] between the hours of [Start Time] and [End Time]. The Company will provide advance notice of any changes to the pickup schedule.

 

Fees and Payment:

The Customer agrees to pay the Company a monthly fee of [Amount] for valet trash removal services. Payment is due on the [Day of the Month] of each month. Late payments may incur a late fee of [Late Fee Amount].

 

Term and Termination:

Liability:

The Company will not be liable for any damage to property or injury to persons arising from the removal of trash, except in cases of negligence. The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims arising from the services provided under this agreement.

 

Governing Law:

This agreement will be governed by the laws of Georgia  Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through arbitration in [Your City/County].
